It’s my turn, hip hip hooray! I have been so excited to share Square 13 with you for the Stitch Together Official crochet along called Stitch-A-Thon! What is it, you may ask? Stitch Together Official is an amazing crochet-along group that is about 4 years old now. We have been doing monthly crochet alongs in our facebook group, making everything from hats, to blankets, to sweaters, all with helpful tutorials and an amazing community of crocheters!
This year we have decided to do a big project together spanning the entire 12 months! It’s a blanket made up of individual squares, with a new square released every three weeks. So fun! This week it’s my turn to design the square, and I could not be more excited to share it with you.

Square 13 – The Shell Square
I was very excited to design my square for my blanket, and I had a specific idea in mind because of who I am making my blanket for! Mine is going to go to Emma-Noel, my teenager so the heart square (square number 7) was the perfect first addition on my end for the blanket! Now, we are at my second square and this one is made of cute little shells all lined up in rows. We moved from Ontario to Nova Scotia this year, and now we live right by the ocean! It’s been amazing collecting shells with the kids when we visit the beaches. This square is for our new home here in Halifax.
I hope you love this square as much as I do!
