Capretta Yarn from WeCrochet is SO SOFT. It’s also light as air, making it a dream to crochet with! As I was working up my Hayloft Cardigan, I found myself stopping to feel the fabric that I was working up, it was so beautiful! I will definitely be working with Capretta again in the near future, it’s become one of my favourite yarns to date!

10 clusters and 13 pattern rows = 4”
Special Stitches
Fdc (foundationless double crochet) = ch 3, yo, insert hook into 3rd ch from hook, yo and draw up a loop, ch 1, [yo and draw through 2 loops] twice, *yo, insert hook into ch-1, [yo and draw through 2 loops] twice; repeat from * for indicated number of sts.
Cluster (extended single crochet cluster) = insert hook into indicated st, yo and draw up a loop, yo and draw through 1 loop (2 loops on hook), *insert hook into same st, yo and draw up a loop, yo and draw through 1 loop; repeat from * once (4 loops on hook), yo and draw through remaining 4 loops.

Repeat Rows 1-2 until Panel measures 16” ending on a WS row. Fasten off.
Shape Armholes
Skip 1st 6 (6, 6, 9, 12) sts and join with a sl st.

Cuff

Assembly
Sew shoulder seams of Back Panel and Front Panel. Lay Pieces out open, with RSs facing. Match Sleeves to Armholes on either side. Sew Armhole seams. With WSs facing, sew from Sleeve Cuff to armpit, and down sides of Sweater. Back Panel will be longer than Front Panel.
Collar
Row 1: Starting in bottom corner of Front Panel, sc evenly up sides of panel, across neckline, and down opposite Front Panel, turn.
Row 2: Ch 11, sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc in each ch across, sl st in next 2 sts of Collar, turn.
Row 3: Ch 1, skip next 2 sl sts, sc in BLO of next 10 sc, turn.
Row 4: Ch 1, sc in BLO of next 10 sts, sl st in next 2 sts of Collar, turn.
Repeat Rows 3-4 across entire Collar. Fasten off, weave in ends.
