The Autumn Herringbone Hat is such a beautiful and comfy Autumn Make! I used the new Lion Brand Hue + Me Yarn from WeCrochet to create this ultra plush, crazy warm Autumn hat. I can’t wait to see how yours turns out with this free crochet pattern!

The Yarn
I first had the stitch idea in mind for this hat, and when I got my hands on the new Lion Brand Hue + Me Yarn that is now on sale on the Crochet.com website with WeCrochet, I instantly knew this was the yarn I wanted to work with! It’s ultra squishy, and the perfect texture for the single crochet herringbone stitch!
The WeCrochet Website describes Hue + Me:
“Lion Brand Hue + Me is more than a yarn; it’s a craft-style and vision of Two of Wands creator (and crochet and knit designer) Alexandra Tavel. This bulky weight blend of 80% acrylic and 20% wool can be stitched into everything from accessories and garments to blankets and home decor.
Style is not sacrificed as function and fashion seamlessly come together. There is no wrong way to pair the carefully curated 18-color palette of Hue + Me yarn. Each color works effortlessly on its own or pairs with any of the others! And when you’re done, feel free to put your creation to use because this easy-care yarn is completely machine washable and dryable.”
